Pepijn Erb works in airfreight and logistics in the Netherlands. Since 1989 he has worked in planning, export, warehousing and customs documentation, and since 1999 mostly in ship spares export from Schiphol, today at Neele-Vat (Neele-Vat Air).

Pepijn has been working in export from Schiphol for years and, since 1999, mainly in ship spares: getting spare parts and supplies to vessels anywhere in the world. Services he handles:

- Sea freight (FCL / LCL)
- Trucking throughout Europe and beyond, including alongside deliveries: delivering to the vessel or to the ship's agent
- Courier
- Onboard courier
He also handles special shipments: heavy and oversized cargo, 20 ft containers by air on a 747 freighter, and complete ship engines.
Pepijn is currently working on AI-based automation in freight forwarding.

Jeep projects
Besides logistics, Pepijn has a long history of restoring and rebuilding Jeeps, starting in 1991.
- Jeep Renegade (1980), 1991 – A 22-week restoration of a Jeep Renegade imported from the USA: Dutch registration inspection (kentekenkeuring), a 4-inch Trailmaster lift kit and 33x14.50 Mickey Thompson tyres.
- Jeep Wrangler Sahara (1987) – Bought with serious damage. The chassis rails had shifted 11 cm; they were straightened on a frame machine (richtbank) and the Jeep was rebuilt.
- Jeep Wrangler 4.0 High Output – Bought without a driveshaft and with a gearbox that would barely shift (2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th no longer worked). A replacement gearbox from a Belgian scrapyard turned out to be from a Cherokee diesel, not the Wrangler 4.0 that was ordered, and no Jeep specialist in the Netherlands had ever fitted one. By removing a bushing and having new needle bearings made to the right dimensions in the USA, the diesel gearbox was made to fit. The Wrangler ran well again, now on 32x12.50 BFGoodrich mud tyres.
House renovation
Pepijn completely stripped and rebuilt a dike house (dijkhuis) from 1902: new window frames, new roof tiles, an extension of 7 x 5 m in 2006, new septic tanks, and in 2014 a new 9 x 4 m garage.
Boats
- Sloep "Fred" – bought in 2012, built around 1960, 4.70 x 1.79 m, 10 hp Yanmar diesel. Maintained by Pepijn himself.
- Sloep Seafury 650 "Bob" – built in 2006, 3-cylinder 27 hp Vetus diesel. Maintained by Pepijn himself.
